It normally takes 2-7 business days for us to process your order.
Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

SHIPPING
Shipment normally takes 8-22 business days to arrive, but can take up to 22-30 business days around busier periods such as holidays etc. Please refer to the table above for various shipping times to international destinations. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

* Please submit a ticket within 60 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

SCOPE OF GUARANTEE
All products on FairyTot are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia,120 days for deliveries to Brazil). If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don’t receive your order on time.

*We are not responsible for deliveries that were attempted but not successful because there was no one home or available to give a signature.
